A public-private joint venture showcasing high quality low energy sustainable design and stimulating the wider environmental economy. The building has been rated as Excellent under the BREEAM Environmental Assessment Methodology, it is also A rated for Energy Efficiency.
The building was originally a Victorian Waterworks and pumping station and in more recent years was used as a social club. The property , owned by Shrewsbury & Atcham Borough Council, came on the market in 2006 and Indigo Seven and the Borough Council together formed a joint venture with Water Management Consultants Pension Fund and raised additional funding through AWM and the Rural Regeneration Zone .
The Pump House now provides office space for a mixture of small and medium sized enterprises. We offer long term space to rent as well as some short term space. Please refer to our available space section for more information.
