As a result of the overwhelming demand for small office at the Pump House we are delighted to announce the introduction of the eco pod.

It’s a medium sized room divided into seven self contained work areas, fully serviced and furnished and ready to move into. Its great for small businesses and satellite offices.

Easy convenient terms with no legal costs and no long term commitment. Just plug in your laptop logon to your telephone and you are ready for business.

Services:

Fully furnished desk area with privacy screens.
Lockable filing and storage space.
Fully IT networked, inclusive internet access, email account, colour laser printer and dedicated website.
IP phone with voice mail, call forwarding, etc
Separate kitchen area.
Use of shared meeting room.
All inclusive rental covers heat, light, rates, telephone lines and cleaning.
The only extra costs are telephone call charges and printing charges.

In addition to all the other benefits of being part of this forward thinking development.

All lettings will be on a standard licence agreement.

Rental levels will depend on the term of agreement which suits you best.

Minimum 12 months term with 3 months notice to terminate: £225 per calendar month
Minimum 6 months term with 2 months notice to terminate: £240 per calendar month
Minimum 3 months term with 1 months notice to terminate: £255 per calendar month

All rentals are payable monthly in advance by standing order and are exclusive of VAT.
There will be a £250 security deposit.
